• RECHT & BLOGGER Neue Spielregeln für Blogger und Provider: Der Bundesgerichtshof hat heute die Voraussetzungen konkretisiert, unter denen ein Provider für Äußerungen haftet, die seine Kunden oder Dritte auf Blogs oder in Foren machen. Ausgangspunkt war eine Klage gegen Googles Blogdienst. Der Betroffene hatte sich durch Äußerungen verletzt gefühlt, die er auf einem bei Google gehosteten Blog fand.

Offenbar gibt es viel liquide Mittel und wenig Hoffnung auf neue Ideen: Whilst we don’t know when or where the next Facebook will be created, we do know where to start looking: Berlin. It’s a city which defines ingenuity and creativity. Walking between Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte, you could easily believe you were in South of Market (SOMA) in San Francisco during the nineties.

• WORDPRESS Newsletter-Plugin für statische WordPress-Website: Möchte man einen Newsletter mit seinem Blog verschicken, um so auch Abonnenten zu erreichen, die keine Feeds, sondern eben lieber Newsletter abonnieren, so kommt man im deutschsprachigen Raum wohl nicht um das Plugin Post Notification herum. Ein weiteres interessantes Plugin ist zudem der G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager.
